I’ve tried to add my new H90 Harmonizer to the computer control app and I get the message
I’ve tried to close Bluetooth from the unit and there’s no Bluetooth on the unit.
If Bluetooth is part of the updates, then I need to connect to this control to perform the updates.

Hello,
Sorry for the issues you are having. Bluetooth is not part of the update process. It sounds like you have an older version of the pedal software before Bluetooth was added.
Did you only see this error message once? Or does it always happen when you try to add the device? Have you tried restarting H90 Control and the pedal itself?
Are you using Mac or Windows?
Are you using a USB hub? If so, please try a direct USB connection.

Every time I try to add the device, I see an error message.
I did this with the H90 unit restarted, and with the control restarted as well. I’m using a USB3 connection no hub on the cable.
I also reinstalled the pedal and the control and I’m still getting the message.

Thanks for the information.
Are you using any antivirus software? Some Windows users experience connection issues like you are having with certain antivirus software. Please disable any antivirus software you may be running and try connecting again.

Thank you for this. It did the trick. As soon as I got it off, it connected and did the updates. Then I restarted the computer, and now it connects right away.
Avast is very strict on new programs lol.

Thanks for reporting back and sorry for the inconvenience.
We’re looking into improving this but for now the best option is to keep that disable when using H90 Control.
