        Hello to all

I’ve been experimenting with “Wasabi Lead”, a Hotsawz Preset and it is fantastic. Fripp in a box. I am having trouble with what seems like a gate kicking in on certain notes, gating the signal way to early when I’d like it to sustain… some notes sustajn for a long time, others gate almost immediately. Any body know a way to set a long, consistent sustain across all frequencies?

I’m not in front of my H90 now, BenG, but I did recall a related Eventide H9 video with Christian Colabelli.  He segues immediately into that Wasabi Lead Preset, and it appears that he’s consecutively re-picking to keep that sustain going.

Not unlike a Hendrix extended feedback technique on the live BOG ‘Machine Gun’.  I can look into that Preset later on this evening, but either way, that video presents a nice overview of HotSawz:

Great tutorial on the Hotsawz, Brock; thank you! I dialed it in a little, and will give a go 👍👍

Here are a few more toys to play with.  I put it together for an H9, about 5 years back.  But you can import it as an H9 List into H90 Control.  HotSawz can go pretty deep.

Thanks Brock! Although I’m running the H90 control on my Mac, that importing trick is still al little beyond my ken (although it probably is something I can learn w/o too much sweat and/or tears). I did dial in a custom setting that worked this weekend; look forward to experimenting more! Always appreciate your help 🙂
