H90 input issue

        Why does the H90 show something plugged into input 3? There is nothing inserted. I also inserted and removed a 1/4” plug to see if it would reset and it did not. I am using the most recent update. IMG_2018

          Please email support@eventide.com and if possible, send us a short video that shows which jacks are connected to the H90’s inputs when this is happening.

            @tbskoglund. Sent email with video and photo.

            even with nothing plugged in, the software still shows something inserted into 3.
