So I am set up in 4 cable mode.
IN 1 – from guitar
IN 3 – from amp send
OUT 1 – to amp return
OUT 3 – to amp input
I can only get guitar signal when my EVH 5150 mk3 is in EFFECTS mode.
When EFFECTS mode on the amp is not engaged, there is no audio. It used to work, now it does not.
Noting that I am on latest firmware and have performed a factory reset out of desperation.
I have also set up the H90 in DUAL (routing) mode.
And yes, I have tested all cables, and when I connect my guitar direct to the amp input it makes sound (and sometimes music).
I worked it out. I had OUT 1 and OUT 3 the wrong way around.

I wouldn’t suggest factory resets if you are trying a new configuration and are having issues. We’ll be able to respond to your posts and help you troubleshoot issues before a factory reset is necessary.
