Would love to see how you all are running your H90s! Here’s my setup…compact and powerful:

Suggestions on how to mount an H90 to a Pedaltrain pedalboard?

I use 3M hook and loop tape for my H90 and all my other pedals, on a Pedaltrain board. Works great.

3M Dual Lock (don’t buy or use the low ply version, get the big boy version). Here’s my stance  and rationalon pedal board mounting (if mounting to metal boards):

        1. Only 3M Dual Lock

        2. It’s strong as hell

        3. It CAN be a pain to peel pedals off it so

        4. Minimize that by cutting 4 roughly 1″x1″ squares for each corner rather than one long strip (you’ll struggle to get it off the board again that way)

        5. When you need to, you can use Pliers to pull up the Dual Lock from the board itself – when it comes off it leaves no residue

        6. It’s cleaner than velcro, doesn’t get anywhere near as much schmootz stuck in it, and is stronger than velco – best stuff for a pedal board

        7. It’s a little pricy but 100% worth it

        8. Buy it in black.

H90 in dual mode with the Dream 65 in the loop so all H90 effects can be pre or post amp. The only pedal after the H90 is the Raster 2. Both boards go to solo gigs, where the loopstation is the focus, with the H9 taking care of my acoustic input effects (after the Headway preamp). When playing in bands i just take the right hand side board, which more than covers the electric guitar side of things.

Here’s mine. The Chroma Console is in the H90 loop for when I need that “3rd [or more] effect” or want a more dirty character. Both are post-amp [ToneX]. The mini expression pedal is plugged into the H90.

H90 in Dual Mode. Connected as 4CM Pre/Post.

      Controlled by MusiCom Lab Switcher.

Expression Pedal connected direct in EXP1.

Here’s what i’m working with currently… i literally have ripped it apart to re-wire depending on my feelings every day since i got the h90.
      currently i have

      Guitar->Shure glxd->Compressor-> QC-> FX SEND 1 -> H90 in 1 -> H90 out 1 -> drive pedals -> QC Return 1
FX loop 2 is going in and out of h90

Using this setup with dual routing should allow me to use pitch or other before amp fx in the H90 before my drive pedals and amp and then i’ll use the second fx loop for reverb or maybe delay if running in mono.

I suppose i could also use the H90 in stereo if I don’t need to use my external drive pedals for the song. I really wish the QC had 2 stereo loops…
