H90 Programs cueing on press, but not loading

Hello! My H90 has a condition where some (not all) programs will cue upon footswitch press (or command from Morningstar MC6-Pro MIDI controller), but then need another footswitch press to load.

This problem happens under seemingly random conditions, to seemingly random programs. Sometimes the programs load fine initially, then develop the problem during a session of many switches between programs.

One condition that ALWAYS triggers it is putting Insert 1 in the program. The problem will never go away in that program after the Insert is added, even when removing the insert.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated – this has become a serious problem at gigs/rehearsals.

Sorry for the issues you are having. There is nothing I can think of where an insert being present or not would have an effect on how the Programs are loaded, this may be a coincidence.

Can you be more specific? The issue will happen with the H90 onboard footswtiches AND your MIDI controller?

How do you have your MIDI CCs configured on the Morningstar?
