H90 RingMod / Vibrato Tap Tempo possible?

Hi,

I’d like to set my H90’s far left footswitch (the p/acitve side) to Tap Tempo when using the Modulation – RingMod  – Vibrato.

I’ve successfully done this with other vibrato programs, and have followed steps on the internet that say you can do this with RingMod Vibrato, but I cannot get it to work.

The H90 switch is set to Tap Tempo, I can see the tempo changing on the LED and the metronome is “on” in the program.  However, tapping has no affect the tempo.  The “speed” on the algorithm also never changes to rhythmic divisions like 1/8 or 1/4.  It always is on Hz.

Is this actually possible and if so, any help in some very specific steps to get this to work?

Hello,

Can you clarify what you mean when you say “Ringmod Vibrato” ? Ringmod and Vibrato are 2 distinct algorithms, so I’m not sure what you are referring to here.

The Ringmod algorithms does not have any tempo sync abilities.

The Vibrato algorithm Speed parameter will display rhythmic divisions when tempo sync is on.
