I’m trying to duck a signal in an FX Chain and cannot find a compressor that has a side-chain.  Is there one?

My flow is IN -> Delay -> Blackhole -> Flanger -> Compressor

I want to side-chain the compressor using the IN signal.

        Thanks!

I looked in the H8000 presets manual and actually couldn’t find any comps that mentioned sidechain other than gates. There’s ducking but not on comps

          Is this right?

Is your FX chain 100% wet and on the comp you are looking for a 3/4 in 2 out?

2 for stereo input and 3/4 for the side chain signal?

Stereo out for the ducked “Delay -> Blackhole -> Flanger”

I couldn’t see this capability but maybe someone else knows more – should be achievable with a bit of VSIG

You can try this if you want – I needed to add a comp to an algo I’m working on so just built Comp on it’s own with sidechain

The detector config is what you use to choose from different Input sources, stereo, mono or summed

Pop on USB Key and can import on H9000

Let me know if any issues

Are you using Vsig for this?  Does Vsig work for the H9000?  I was using VsigX on MacOS but may need to format a computer with windows if Vsig is working for the H9k.

I just tried loading this and it doesn’t show up on the H9000.  Formatted USB stick FAT and put the k9a file on it.  I don’t see any entries when I say “Load Algorithms”.  It does say that it “read EFI” when I put the USB stick in.  I’m on firmware 1.1.5.

Yea, in Vsig adapted for H9000 – I’ve been running it in Windows VM, it’s fairly easy to setup

Weird, I’m not sure why that would happen.
In that case here’s the Vsig
