H9000 Post Gen2 Update Crashing

Hi there,

My H9000 Gen2 upgrade kit arrived today from Sweetwater, and I carefully followed the upgrade instructions, and then updated the firmware via Recovery Mode, and updated Emote. All seemed well when the unit booted up, and I had a fun time with my Strat (going into the H9000 ADAT input via my RME Fireface) exploring the newly updated H9000.

But the H9000 only lasts for a few minutes before the only output is some digital “stuttering.” I’ve rebooted the unit a few times, and each time, the same thing happened.

How do I resolve this issue?

Hello,

How is your clocking configured? You will need to clock the H9000 to the RME or vice versa to use ADAT and sync the clock properly.
