Random question – when the blank 9000R is available, was there any plan for being able to edit it from a full-face H9000 or only from Emote?
thanks

No, there isn't any plan at the moment to make it editable from a full face H9000. I think you are the first to ask for that feature. I don't think it would be terribly difficult to support technically, but we'd need to think it through more carefully… You were thinking about buying a normal H9000 and an H9000-R and wanted to use one to control the other?

I already have a full-face H9000. I’m debating how fully I want to commit to the 9k platform. Spending the extra to buy another full-face version seems excessive.
The R version, especially at typical ‘good deal’ prices seems a more appealing way to add another 8 analog I/Os plus the full engine. If there was a hardware remote or iOS version of Emote, it would be a no-brainer. Just looking at my options for the moment.

I really feel with such a good platform for future us the H9k could use a dedicated iOS app
