H910 and Studio One not playing nicely

      Hi,

      I am trying to get a demo version of H910 working.  I have activated on ilok and installed H910.  But Studio One will not see the plugin.

      I am using Studio One v2 on Win8.1, 64 bit.

      I have tried installing, rebooting and clearing the blacklist on Studio One – but nothing.

      Can anyone suggest anything else I can try ?

      Hi rapids27-

      Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with H910 in Studio One.

      First, I would make absolutely sure that you having installed the correct 32 or 64-bit version of H910 for the version of Studio One you are using (32 or 64-bit). Since it looks like you are using a custom location for your VST plugins, make sure that when you set this path when you install, you install the applicable version.

      Second, please make sure you have the most recent version of the iLok License Manager: https://ilok.com/

      Last, you could try going to the Studio One VST preferences, and make sure that "Scan at Startup" is selected.

      Let me know if the above steps don't solve your issue.

      Finally got Studio One and H910 to be nice to each other.

      I had to reset blacklist and re-start 3-4 times but it worked in the end.
