Having trouble registering my TF

I would desperately love to do the software update on my Time Factor but despite being a registered member I can't seem to register my serial number with you and the update comes up with a red error message saying 'system error occurred during update and to contact support'.

Any clues as to how I can register my TF?

Did you, er, try contacting support ?

Also, this issue has been covered many times on this forum, so worth a look at other posts.
