Hi, I updated my Eventide last night and didn't get to try it until right now. My middle footswitch on my Pitchfactor (the Flex/Learn switch) has stopped working. I cannot use it in Bank mode or Utility Mode or any other mode of operation. Pressing the footswitch does nothing. I tried reverting back to the previous firmware, but no luch, the middle switch is still dead. What do I do?
