        Hi..trying to upgrade to MAX got stuck in Upload mode.
        That is to say, it doesn’t sound, it doesn’t go past that screen, you turn it on and it gets stuck with the upload message waiting for you to insert the new firmware, but it doesn’t do anything. I have tried to update it with Mac, Win, by cable, by Bluetooth and it does not happen from there.

          Have you tried using Eventide Device Manager or Direct Updater? You can update your H9 in the UPDATE mode with any of those 2 apps. You’ll need to connect your H9 to your PC or Mac via USB, and boot your H9 to the update mode by powering it up with the HOTKNOB button pressed and hold.

            yes i already tried it(Direct Updater)..update-ready-erase-write-bad. there is no way…it is blocked…it takes 10 seconds to start…and it puts update anyway…

                OK. Please email support@eventide.com

                They can give you a software program that may save your H9 before you send it back for repair.
