How do I find the backup files in order to populate my presets library.

Hi Everyone,

I am a new owner and performed a backup(dump) of the original presets(all). The Modfactor performed the dump as expected but the computer never indicated where the data went. How do I find the backup files in order to populate my presets library?

If you just send a dump to the computer without doing anything else, nothing will happen…just like an old Adventure game.

The computer has to know it is coming and what to do with it – this implies a suitable application running on the computer. You could try our FactorLib program, available for download on the support pages. Note that the current version has some reported issues with Win7.
