Just asking for a sanity check here.  How long does it typically take for a repair?  I have had my H9 Gen 2 in to Eventide since August 2nd.  I bought it new and it was not functioning properly from day one. Initial responses with tech support were very timely before I sent the unit in. There was communication back and forth with tech support while we were troubleshooting software potentials and whatnot. Cool, all good.  But then all activity and responses seemed to dry up once the unit was sent back for physical repair.  It was received and then listed as “in repair”.  I waited a few weeks knowing these things take time.  But now it has been 2 months.  And in the month I have sent a few brief and mild mannered messages simply asking for any feedback or any updates.  I even called and left a message and never received any callbacks. It’s fine if I get a response and they state it may be a few more week or whatever. I don’t mind to wait as long as I get an appropriate  response. But no responses whatsoever is causing me concern.  Now I am past the date that I can’t return the item to the reseller for refund and I am starting to wonder if it will get fixed or if it’s lost or whatever.  Maybe I should have just sent it back to the reseller initially and not have even bothered with support.  I don’t know.  I have never owned an Eventide product before this so I don’t know if this is typical or not..  Just feels like I am not being given a common courtesy here.  Anyone have any insight?  Am I being unreasonable?

Sorry, there was an error with our support system and I wasn’t seeing the last few messages you sent. We’ve sorted this out and I will update you on the status of the repair via the support ticket. Thanks for your patience!
