      have tried twice to up load hot sawz – no luck – it’s just not in there after update – what am i doing wrong – feel like beating it with a sledgehammer  and putting the video on you tube

      Dear Mr. Hitt. Sorry you are unhappy.

      Would you be so kind as to tell us exactly what you did, and then exactly what happened ?

      I assume you have loaded the latest H9 software (5.6.0) and the latest H9Control software -(3.5.0 or above)  both are necessary.
