      Hi, why can not I update my stomp box MoodFactor?
      "Please ceck your username & password" is the response of the utility.

      I tried several times to change the characters but nothing.

      Possible solution??

      You're not really giving us much information here. Moodfactor ?

      Probably, you have characters in your username or password which are neither letters or numbers. This is probably what another part of the error message is saying.

      The solution will be obvious, except you may need to contact support@eventide.com to change your username, should this be the problem.
