I can log in to the website just fine, but it’s not working with H90 Control. I’m using the same account name (NOT the email adress) and password, of course. But I keep getting a login error and I’m stuck.
I have a MacBook Pro M3 Max and I’m currently using Sequoia 15.7.5.
I hope someone can help me soon.

I also can’t log in on my iPad.
Another related question: how can I update my firmware if I don’t have access to H90 control?

Same here. Can’t login on Win11 this evening (Australia). Was fine this morning.
Why is there no offline option? This is absolutely ridiculous given the price tag.

Same here, new H90, MacOS. I can login to eventideaudio.com but it won’t let me login to the H90 Control app on both my mac and my iPad. Also noticed that none of my existing hardware is showing on my account.

There was an issue with our server but it is now resolved. Please try logging in again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I’m still having the problem. I can log in to the website but not to H90 control. I’ve downloaded the editor again, but it hasn’t changed anything. It’s frustrating!
(and yes, of course I take my username) -

Might be worth sending an email to support, they do respond quickly. I’ve got everything working fine here.

I’ve already done that. I’m just writing it here again in the hope that my problem will be solved more quickly.

Sorry to ask something obvious – is your username all lower case when logging into H90 Control? “sigitar” not “Sigitar” ?

Valid question. But I only use lowercase letters.

Can you see the H90 and any other hardware you’ve got registered on the website? What are you using to access H90 Control?

I’ve returned to Eventide after years and haven’t registered anything yet. The H90 is new, and I’d like to register it via the control editor. As far as I know, there’s no other way, is there?
What is this ilok? Does it have anything to do with it? -

Think you have to register it via H90 Control and then it shows up in your eventideaudio.com account under Hardware. I only got mine yesterday, long time Eventide user.
If you’re using an ipad, might be worth completely deleting the app and starting again with a fresh download? That will remove any data which might be causing a problem logging in.

I use both an iPad and a MacBook. I deleted and reinstalled the app on both devices. Unfortunately, without success…

Annoying isn’t it. Can’t think of anything else, sorry.
I’m sure one of the Eventide techs will get back to you quickly though and get you running, they’ve always been spot on when I’ve had problems.
