I can´t register my H90

Hello,

I have a second hand H90. The previous owner claims that he has delete the previous registration from his account. But I can´t do the new registng process,

I already have an Eventide account with another pedals succesfully registered (Modfactor, a couple of H9 and some plugins). As it is indicated, the H90 has to be registered from the h90 control program. I have downloaded it, logged on my account succesfully and tried to connect the H90 both with usb cable and bluetooth. With usb cable, the program detects an H90 connected but when I go further, an error message appears. I´ve tried with bluetooth and althougth my PC detects the H90, and the 6 digit code is shown, I can´t either link the H90 and finish the registering process.

Please, I would appreciate some help with this. Othewise I´m thinking to send it back to the seller as I´m not able to fix it.

Hello,

It sounds like you are using a Windows PC. Bluetooth connection is not supported on Windows.

If you have Norton Antivirus software installed, please try disabling Norton’s SafeCam setting and checking if the H90 Control connection issue persists. If the issue persists, then try completely uninstalling Norton.

Let me know if that resolves the connection issue.
