        Hello everyone, I bought the ModFactor used, but I can not make the registration of the product, it gives me this message:

         "A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support." 

        Kindly someone is willing to explain to me what can I do to solve this problem? Thank you !!!

          Could you please send an email to support@eventide.com with the serial number of your ModFactor and we'll look into it.

            Oh, and please let us know as well whether you were doing the registration on the website or via the H9 Control app.

              I've been doing on the website !!! I have already taken steps to send an email to support Eventide but I did not specify the serial number !!! Thank you!
