a familiar issue: You install a plugin, or, in general, a software, it installs additional files into the computer’s user folders, in the case of the Eventide plugins, in the “Documents” folder of the installing user, but you are logged in as a normal user, with normal user rights, and also execute your DAW with normal user rights, and the plugins don’t find any presets, because the presets only got installed into the admin users Documents folder, because you have to install the plugins with admin rights…
So, yeah, please consider installing the additional files (presets, user guide) to ALL user’s Documents folder, not just the admin one. I always have to copy those folders to my users Documents folder, or the plugin won’t see any presets.
