        Just bought a used Pitchfactor stomp box from Amazon UK excellent condition (£300)

        i am unable to register it? It comes up with Invalid Serial Number.

        so as a result I can't update it.

        I have been told that Eventide do not respond to emails, I need to name the patches etc…

        can anyone help.

          Drop support an email, they have always replied to every email I have sent them.

          sounds like the pervious owner had not de-registered it from their account…. Support should be able to fix it for you.

            They do respond to emails 😉

            write to     support@eventide.com with your details pitchfactor serial number, they'll help you to register your product

              Invalid serial number may mean a hardware fault. At what point does it say this ?

              Either way, you will need to contact support@eventide.com with full info, including the serial number from the bottom of the unit.
