Is my ModFactor broken? All lights blinking in unison.

Hello all,

My ModFactor has recently begun acting erratically. It started by cutting out without warning while in use. Now when I attempt to power it up, the lights all blink in unison, but the buttons and knobs have no effect.

I attempted to update the software, but the update utility doesn't can't seem to "find" the device since it's not powering up properly.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm at a loss.

1) Make sure you are using the power supply that came with it.

2) "Wiggle" the cable to the unit and the power supply plug at the unit to look for bad cable or connections.

3) Lightly tap the pedal and power supply to see if this influences it.
