      My iLok license for the plugin is on my old laptop — which I can't access because the video card totally and completely stopped working (but the hard drive is still okay). I contacted iLok and was informed that until I deactivate that license, I can't re-activate it on my new laptop. And the only way to deactivate it to open it up on my old laptop. But I can't see it! Get my problem? Any suggestions?

      I managed to get it solved. Changing computers with iLok can be challenging.

      Hi gsmccar,

      This has been a problem, but our next release of UltraChannel will incorporate some changes from PACE that will make this much less of a problem.
