Mac can’t find TimeFactor

      Hi Guys,

       I am trying to update my Timefactor to the latest software update and have installed the Eventide Utility onto my G5 Power PC Mac running Mac O.S  10.5.3.

       The TimeFactor is running V1.1 of the software.

      I can't for the lfie of me get the Eventide Utlitly to find the TimeFactor. I've connected it both via a powered Hub and DIRECT to the MAC's USB socket, but to no avail…. and tried 2 different USB cables… to no avail.

       I've run the utility several times and each time ti can't find the TF.

       What do you suggest?
