I am locked out of using my H9 Max with H9 control because I registered it to an account associated with an email that has since been deleted so I cannot recover or reset the password.I sent an email with a picture of the pedal’s serial number to support but I don’t think anyone is going to respond over the weekend. Is there a way to manually override the registration so I can link my Max to my new account and update my purchase history to the core? I record and release songs on Sundays and was very much so looking forward to using both units today.
