I can't find any info in the manual or in the update release notes about the "source" menu that appears on Utilities menu in the system mode

Does anyone know what it is about ?

Some aspects of the algorithms will work differently with different instruments – this allows you to tell the unit whether you are using Guitar, Bass, Synth Lead or Synth bass.

So I guess guitar is the right choice if I'm using it on a Rhodes, right ?

Probably, but you can experiment if so inclined. It will mainly affect pitch-related stuff.
