      hello,

I installed the blackhole demo : it didn’t validate in logic 10.4.4, I tried many things without finding a solution.

when I finally tried to rescan my already bought Eventide plugin all of them failed ( 2016 Stereo Room, H3000 Factory, SP2016 Reverb, Spring)

here is the error for the H3000 Factory, do you have any Idea?  :

(I’m on Sierra 10.12.6 and Logic 10.4.4  on a macbook pro, I checked the validation on Ilok it’s ok)

      Hi-

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you please try the following steps and let us know if they solve your issue?

      1. With Logic Pro closed, delete each Eventide plugin from your machine
        1. AAX: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-ins/Eventide/<plugin name>.aaxplugin
        2. VST: Mac HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST/Eventide/<plugin name>.vst
        3. AU: Mac HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components/<plugin name>.component
        4. Presets and Docs: ~/Music/Eventide/<Plugin Name>/ (whole folder)

      2. Launch Logic, rescan all plugins, and close Logic
      3. Download the latest installer for each Eventide plugin from our website, and reinstall each plugin
      4. Download and install the latest version of iLok License Manager (www.ilok.com)
      5. Relaunch Logic, and rescan all of your plugins

If you still get the same errors, please let us know and we'll continue to troubleshoot. Please copy and attach the error log for each plugin from Logic with your post.

hello, thank you for your fast answer,

I did everything you explained but the problem is the same.

when i rescanned all the plugin library some others (which I own and were working)  didn’t pass the check.
