Need help with Pitchfactor power supply.

Hi there,

Pitchfactor arrived today. I live in New Zealand and had purchased this adaptor to make the U.S plugin fit into a New Zealand plug (I was told it should work with a 9V powersupply)  :

Well the unit powered on for a few seconds and then I turned away to turn my amp on and when I turned back the unit wasn't on at all and I can't for the life of me get it to power up.

Can anyone help at all? I'm quite desperate here and I really hope I haven't fried the pedal all because of something as stupid as this. Really makes me wish New Zealand just had the same plug system as the U.S.

The Eventide Web Store has an Australian Power Supply which should work for you.

Because NZ is 240V, the use of any kind of adaptor for 110V US electrics is highly risky unless you know what you are doing. I would suggest that you get the correct supply before continuing.
