New H9 bluetooth issue

      My friend just got a new H9. He is fine on using bluetooth to connect the H9 with his Macbook Air but not on his iPad and iPhone.

      It shows the message “H9-serial no” is not supported

      Any guys has similar problem before?

      This happens when we is trying to pair with his H9 in the Bluetooth settings screen, or it happens after he's paired when he opens up H9 Control?  It would be helpful if he could take a screenshot of the error message as I haven't heard of that particular error before.
