      Hi all,

      I’ve recently got my H9 and had a few purchases of algorithms. The previous owner doesnt need his account and his list of algorithms and he has included the list of algorithm to the cost when he sold to me. so now he offers his account details to me wholeheartedly which he has no use for it. Question – can i go into his account and extract the algorithms for myself then? while im registered as a separate user. Any ways around this predicament? please advise.

      No, you can't transfer algorithms. Email support@eventide.com, he might be able to do that for you.
