      Hi All

      I am a new user/owner of a Pitchfactor. It was brought 2nd hand and I am powering it using a Gigrig evenflow and my pedal board power supply. When plugged in and turned on all (every) LED flashes on and off. The unit reset commands don't appear to do anything? What am I doing wrong? I have read throught the manual and most of the posts here on the forum and have not found a similar problem. Any help would be appreciated.

      Sounds like it's broken. Sorry.

      You could either go back to your vendor, or send it in for service to support@eventide.com
