On 8/10, I ordered Tricerachorus. Paid via PayPal.
I have yet to receive an activation code, and no iLok license is in my iLok account.
I’d really like to use the plugin I paid good money for. Please assist. The ticket i filed with support has gone unanswered for 24hrs+.
Sorry for the issues you are having. I have edited your post so it does not include your invoice number and PayPal information, it’s not a good idea to post things like that to a public forum.
I do not see any support tickets from the address associated with your Eventide account. Please email email@example.com with your issue and we can help get you sorted there.
