No audio pass-through at all in pre/post setup (modfactor)

I’m having difficulties with pre-post setup on my modfactor.

After carefully configuring the cables, I’m not getting any audio throughput at all, whether active or in bypass.

Is there a setting that isn’t compatible with pre/post that I might have activated without realizing it?

Do you get any signal if you just use IN 1 & OUT 1 or IN 2 & OUT 2?
