No presets after installation

Hi-

I believe this is caused by a known bug, where if your PC is in a non-english language, the presets don't install to the correct location. We hope to address this shortly.

Please email support@eventide.com mentioning this post, and we will send you the presets (forum doesn't allow zip attachments).

Hi ! 

 

I just dowloaded Ultra channel Native and Reverb (Audient promo) 

I installed it two times but i’ve got the same issue –> no presets  :

 

 

The same for the two plugins, is there a link to dowloads factory presets. I could copy it in the good folder.
