Numbering presets and preset lists

      My OCD would appreciate being able to number and therefore manually order presets and preset lists. A drag and drop capability would be handy as well.

      There is a drag & drop capability in H9 Control on tablets and desktops under the Preset List screen.  You used to get to that by pressing the 'Edit List' button.  Recently, we renamed the button on some platforms to 'Drag n Drop'.
