        A warning constantly appears on my IOS H9 Control. I have a Max and a Core. I can’t control the devices via Bluetooth. I have the latest Os and IOS install on all devices.
        Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it fails.

          I have the same configuration of Max ans Core with the same problem. Both devices will connect and the one or both will disconnect with the same error. Happens to both of my iPads and my phone. Pretty much the same problem with my MacBooks and Blue Tooth. It works fine with MIDI.

            Hi Guys, we realized there is a Bluetooth connection issue due to iOS 13 changes the way how the Background Mode works. There will be a production release which solves this problem. But for now, you can join our beta and download the version that fixes this temporarily.

            Here is the version you can update (you need to install TestFlight on your iOS devices first): https://testflight.apple.com/join/rTMrrvEQ

              Is this beta version will delete my users presets on iPad?

                OK – My real concern is that after updating to the latest firmware, I get the message in the OP and now my expression pedal has stopped responding – seriously, I have shows this week and now the H9 isn’t working.

                    No. But you can also back up (export) your user presets first before updating the H9 Control.
