      Hi, it would be helpful to have more information so that we can pinpoint the issue. Can you post a screenshot of the GUI?

      Sorry, I see that you did attach an image but the embed is broken.

      I believe this is an issue with HiDPI awareness and OpenGL on Windows. What HiDPI setting are you using globally on Windows, and what setting inside of REAPER? You can find/change the REAPER HiDPI settins by going to Preferences->General, and then selecting the "Advanced UI/system settings" at the bottom.
