Hello, I am testing Physion MKII in Live on a Mac M2, and when this plugin is in a Live project, I immediately experience a significant latency delay with the instruments coming through the MOTU M6 sound card. Even if I turn off the plugin, this delay still occurs, but if I delete it, I immediately regain the good latency of my card. Is this normal behavior for this plugin? Is there a solution to this problem? It is very difficult for me to use under these conditions.

        Other plugins are working OK.

        Thanks in advance

        Diego

          Hello,

Physion MKII introduces an amount of latency that is necessary for the tonal/transient split. DAWs have latency compensation functions that will delay the other tracks so there is the same amount of latency applied to all tracks.

If you bypass the plug-in using the Ableton Live plug-in bypass button (also called the “Device Activator”), this will bypass the latency.

Hi, thank you very much for your fast answer, so i’ll do that bypass when streaming external instruments.
