  Hi

Is it possible to do a firmware upgrade from the first stock firmware to the actual firmware 5.0.0.[4], without loss of existing user presets?

I know that it wasn’t possible from stock firmware to firmware 3. But maybe there’s a solution in the meantime?

  Thx for your answers

From the very first PitchFactor to release to the current release? I don't know if that will work. What we'd recommend is that you back-up your presets with FactorLib, then upgrade your PitchFactor to the latest software, and then reinstall your presets on your PitchFactor using H9 Control (or FactorLib) if needs be.
