I just purchased a Pitchfactor and have had some issues with it. The major issue that I have noticed so far is in Harmodulator mode; the pedal will switch randomly between the different scales. I will be playing normally and then it will wig out and switch between all the scale settings in succession, then back and forth, etc. This mode also seems to randomly squeel a higher pitch every so often with no physical interaction with the pedal. Seems very odd and doesnt seem to be function properly as far as my knowledge extends. Does anyone have any insight as to what could be causing this problem?
There is no AUX switch connected, I have done the factory restore/re-initialize already.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this wasn't a cheap pedal 🙂
