Pitchfactor-no sound from pitch A knob on diatonic setting

Ive had the pitchfactor for 2 weeks and it was working fine till today. It hasn't moved and everything else seems to work. When i go to the diatonic setting i cant get pitch A to harmonize or create any sound. Ive tried moving the mix knob to just recognize Pitch A and nothing..Pitch B works fine. When i have the mix knob on A+B you still only hear pitch B. help??

This sounds like such a specific problem that the cause is most likely in your external connections. Please check these carefully and replace cables where possible, etc.

If that does not help, and you are convinced it is the 'Factor, the first step would be to re-initialize it (see UM for info).
