PitchFactor Noise / HIss

      I just picked up a PitchFactor and I found it has a lot of hiss / ground-noise.

      I've tried plugging it from guitar -> pitchfactor -> amp and even when it's not 'Active' it still makes a lot of hiss.  The switches are set fro 'guitar' and 'amp'.  The  'source' is set for 'guitar'

      I'm using the provided power supply as well.

      My serial # is PF – 00563
      Software Version: 2.2.0[5]

      Any help would be greatly appreciated!
