PitchFactor is capable of transmitting both MIDI Program Change and MIDI Continuous Controller messages (MIDI CC). If your amp can use either of these to change channels, then yes it can be controlled by PitchFactor. You'll have to check the amp's user guide to find out which messages the PitchFactor needs to transmit. Instructions on setting up the PitchFactor for these messages are found in the MIDI section of the PitchFactor user guide.
