Pitchfactor screen / LED problem – Help please!

Could anyone help with this? My Pitchfactor has just started displaying strange flashes on the screen, and the LEDs light up when they're not supposed to, etc. The pedal, audio wise, still seems to function perfectly. Can anyone suggest any help?

I read on The Gear Page that sometimes reseating the ribbon cable in the unit can solve this problem, but I don't really want to take the unit apart and void my warranty or anything like that. Haven't had it a year yet!

Any help would be appreciated.

Internal bad connections can cause this, as can an incorrect or faulty power supply.

Make sure you are using the correct power supply, and if the problems continue, contact your dealer or support@eventide.com. The initial warranty lasts for a year, so you may want to take action soon.
