Problem:
I've been using the Ernie Ball 6181 Junior Size Volume Pedal-Mono, 25K VPJR as an expression pedal for the PitchFactor (software version 5.0.0[1]), The sweep gets jumpy in between the values 30 and 70. It is especially pronounced the slower I sweep, where the value will jump back and fourth in the 50's. Sounds like a glitchy NES game.
I watched the pedal moving the pot inside it as I swept back and fourth, and the pot didn't seem to slip or anything.
Is this a common problem or easy fix? If not, are there any different pedals recommended that don't tend to have this problem?
I have already tried resetting calibration multiple times. Any help is greatly appreciated!
