      Hi There

      I'm Andrew, and i've just purchased a TimeFactor.

      I've bought it second hand from a guy who's had it around 6 months or so – it's like new.

      I've been advised by a friend who has the same unit to update the software, so i've created an account, downloaded the utility software etc.

      Firstly, I'm unable to register my product online and secondly when launching the update software it won't download the update.

      I'm guessing that the previous owner has registered the product which is why i'm facing these difficulties.

      How do i proceed?!!!
