plug-in deactivation of a sold computer

hi there,

i sold my imac and therefore formatted the hard drive and reinstalled the system before. but now my plugins is still connected to the imac via ilok manager. how can i disconnect the license from the device that no longer exists?

Please email support@eventide.com with your iLok information and the name of the machine you are no longer using and we can perform a machine activation reset for you.

So we can’t deactivate it by ourselves?

If you do not have access to the computer, you cannot deactivate the license yourself.

You can either email support@eventide.com with your iLok information, or follow the instructions to reset the activation at the link below: https://help.ilok.com/faq_licenses.html
