Power On Problem (?)

Hi Dear People,

I have the TimeFactor for one year now, i was work with another delay until now (MXR Analog Delay) and i want to start work with the TF again.   I make the last update 2.4.2(1) and when i power it on i have a vertical line in the left of the screen for a 10 seconds and after it all the screen is full dots for more 2 seconds… than the word "EVENTIDE" and than it's just start to work. all this process is take like 13-15 seconds.  This is normal or some thing is bad?

The vertical line for 10 seconds means that it has a memory problem, maybe but not necessarily caused by the update.

You should probably contact support@eventide.com if it keeps happening.
